Phone introduction with warm transfer: *most recommended (Base workspace has already been created and is ready to share.)
“We take the opportunity to earn your business seriously and want to give you the best experience possible. I've created a custom workspace so we can communicate and collaborate with you and your team as we discuss our future partnership (or project). I've just sent you an email with a link. Can you check your email? I'll stay on the line to make sure you've received it... Wonderful! After our meeting I will add our follow-up notes here and send you the link again."
Phone introduction without warm transfer:

I'll send you a link so you can learn more about (Company Name) and how we might work together. Are there others on your team I should also include?"
Email introduction:
"We have a great platform specifically designed to communicate with our clients and prospects. I’ve added you to a shared workspace where we can all communicate and keep on the same page throughout the evaluation process. I'll post some additional content that you might be interested in as well. Here is your link to that area and the information I wanted to share."
