As a valued client of Engage, we want to ensure you have all the help you need to as you navigate the Engage product.
If you need any help on configuring your Engage, questions, or guidance on how best to utilize the tool, there are several ways you can get the help you need:
(1) In the upper right corner of the screen, there is a HELP button. The button provides access to our knowledge base and our support portal.

(2) In the bottom right corner of your screen, there is a chatbot. This bot has intimate knowledge of the the platform and can answer most of your questions. But it also gives you the option to reach out to one of our team members if you need more assistance.
Things to know:
We use a 3rd party platform called Jira Service Desk powered by Atlassian to manage all our client requests. It is not necessary for you to create an account in our support portal. However, creating an account does help you manage all your requests, manage notifications, and keep up to date on our responses.
If you don't have an account, any responses our team makes related to each request will be sent to your email address. The emails will come from any of these email addresses:
Here are some things you can do to help ensure these emails land in your inbox:
Allow-list Atlassian Domains and IPs: Work with your organizations Network Administrator to allow-list Atlassian's email domains and IP addresses. This can significantly reduce the number of emails marked as spam. You can find the necessary information on Atlassian's support documentation here: Atlassian IPs and domains.
Mark as Trusted Sender: Mark our service desk email addresses (from bulleted list above) as a trusted senders within your email client. This can help ensure that future communications land in your inbox.
These steps not only help streamline communication, but if also ensures you never miss a beat when it comes to your Engage platform.
