How to Text a Workspace Link
Given that mobile phones account for 69% of all digital media time (according to comScore), it is becoming more common to do business by text. Engage supports sharing workspaces directly to your contacts via text (also known as SMS). When you log into your Engage Platform on your mobile device and as long as you have added the contact's mobile number to their contact information, you will see a SMS button that will automatically create a text message including the personalized URL for that contact.

This feature is accessible on most mobile devices, but do note that if you are using a specialty texting app, the text may not automatically populate. If you encounter this problem, please let your Client Success Manager know.
